OSCEOLA - Beverly J. Sandusky, age 75, residing in Osceola, IN passed away at 4:55 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at her home. She worked for several years at Penn High School in the cafeteria. She was born on May 31, 1937 in South Bend, IN to the late Melvin and Theresa (Nemeth) Norton and has remained a lifelong area resident.

On October 19, 1963 in South Bend she married Eugene "Gene" H. Sandusky, who survives. Along with her husband, Gene, Beverly is survived by two daughters, Lori L. (Forrest) Minix of Mishawaka and Sheri S. (Scott) Campbell of Osceola; son, Michael P. (Leigh Anne) Parker of Louisville, KY; and stepchildren, Elizabeth (Bob) Sharp of Richardson, TX, Jeanne Rasure and Stephan (Julie) Sandusky both of Forestburg, TX and William (Linda) Sandusky of Wichita Falls, TX. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and her sister, Shirley Bolinger of Warsaw.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Palmer Funeral Home- River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN 46615. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Beverly loved spending time with her family and enjoyed camping.
