Frederick Dale Severns

SOUTH BEND, IN - Fredrick Dale Severns, 69, of South Bend and Indianapolis, passed away in Indianapolis surrounded by those who loved him on Monday, October 22, 2018.

Fred was born in South Bend on July 27, 1949 as the son of Herbert and B. Maxine (Boyer) Severns. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are a son, Chris (Erin) Severns; grandchild, Piper Severns; sister, Sandra Krantz; and brother, Dennis Severns.

Fred taught elementary school math in Florida for many years. He enjoyed being with his family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., with visitation two hours prior, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka.
