Paul Herbert Carroll

ELKHART -- Paul H. Carroll, 62, of Cobus Lane, died of natural causes on Monday, Oct. 11, in the Shanower Group Home.
He was born July 2, 1942, in Elkhart, Ind., to John and Alethea (Nankivel) Carroll.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth A.; two sons, Paul J. and John P., both of Elkhart; a sister, Sharon (Nels) Ackerson of Potomac, Md.; and a brother, John (Jan) of Redondo Beach, Calif. He is also survived by his brother-in-law, George Roelandts, and his wife, Mickey Roelandts of Osceola, Ind., as well as by a sister-in-law, Maxine Hendricks of Mishawaka, Ind.
Paul worked as an electrician for 39 years and was a member of the IBEW Union for over 40 years. Paul was a man who loved to come home from work every day and be with his wife and boys. He'd do anything for them.
Services were at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Mausoleum Chapel at Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka. There was no visitation. Morning Star Funerals and Cremations, 21275 W. Cleveland Road, South Bend, handled arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the family for his boys who are in school.
