SOUTH BEND - Sharron Lee Dailey, 75, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away at her home on Sunday, November 12th, 2017. She was born on July 8th, 1942 in Mishawaka, Indiana to Charles and Margaret (Wortman) Rothenberger who preceded her in death along with a sister, Marsha Rothenberger. As Sharron Rothenberger, she married Lewis Dailey Jr. in Mishawaka on August 25th, 1962. Sharron was a graduate of South Bend Adams High School, class of 1960, where she was a member of the Marching Band. She was formerly employed by the Mishawaka License Branch and was a Secretary for Ameritech until her retirement in 1997. She loved trips to the Casino, loved reading, shopping and cooking along with a love of music. She will be missed by her family and everyone who knew her. She is survived, along with her husband, Lewis, by two daughters: Susan (Tom) Jones and Jill (Jeff) Swartz, both of South Bend. Her grandchildren: Brittany (Donny) Wyant of Clarksville, Tennessee and Kari Swartz of San Diego, California.

Her brother, Robert (Gwen) Rothenberger of Winamac, Indiana and a brother-in-law, James Dailey of Bristol, Indiana. Funeral services for Sharron will be held at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 North Main Street, Mishawaka, Indiana on Thursday, November 16th at 1:00pm. Friends will be received from 10:00am until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm Thursday. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, Indiana. The family wishes that memorial contributions be given to the American Heart Association or to the Diabetes Association in Sharron's memory.
