THE VILLAGES — Janice Cripe, 71, died Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2014.


Born June 19, 1942, in South Bend, IN, Mrs. Cripe moved in 2007 to The Villages from Greensboro, N.. She was a retired registered nurse and a member of New Covenant United Methodist Church, The Villages.

Survivors include her husband, Rodger; son, Scott D., Fairview, NC; daughter, Carrie S. Menke, Wilmington, NC; and three grandchildren.

Services will be in South Bend, with burial in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, IN.

Memorials may be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Miami; or the building fund at New Covenant United Methodist Church.

Beyers Funeral Home & Crematory, Lady Lake, is in charge of local arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made in Janice's name to National Parkinson Foundation, 1501 NW 9th Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, FL 33136 or New Covenant United Methodist Church Building Fund, 3470 Woodridge Drive, The Villages, FL 32162
