Rest in peace classmate. In recent years, you have been a mainstay to the JAHS website, providing caring, thoughts and information about your fellow classmates. May your family be sustained by good memories and caring friends.

How strange. I was actually thinking of Marijo a few days ago, it may have been on Dec 30. Now I wish I had followed through and called her. Big mistake on my part. In the future I will follow my instincts. Our biological clocks are ticking.

I didn't have any class at Adams with Marijo but our families had a joint vacation to Wisconsin Dells a long time ago, perhaps mid-50s. I remember we took a ride on a "Duck", the amphibeous vehicle that was such a thrill. Our parents were good friends and so we had a lot of interaction with the entire family. My condolences the the rest of the family. Jack Champaigne

Marijo and I were freinds in HS and have been Facebook friends for a number of years, I noticed that she was absent from FB for an exetend period recently and was happy to see here return, though less active, a few months ago. It's sad to see our classmates leaving more frequently but I guess it's that time in our lives. My condolkences and prayers fro Marijo and her family...

My heart is sad.  A good soul gone too soon.  We didn't have many classes or activities together at JAHS, but we certainly knew each other with mutual respect.  The connection over the last few years, starting with the fabulous Adams website (thank you twins!), and later in Messenger, along with Jack Davis and a few others, was wonderful.  Many great thoiughts and comments about life, and liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  Marijo was another one of the good ones.  Her pithy comments and great sense of humor will be sorely missed.  I pray friends and family will share much laughter, through the tears, of a life well lived.  She would want it that way.  God bless you one and all as you mourn the loss of a loved one and friend.  Another Eagle has flown into the clouds!  My heart is sad.  G

Nothing like the passing of a dear classmate to deflate the coming of a new year no matter the long time and distance from our acquaintance.
