MISHAWAKA - Lann Schultz, 68 years old, residing in Mishawaka, Indiana, passed away at 11:50 am on Saturday, July 23, 2016, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. He was born on August 6, 1947, in South Bend, to the late Robert O. and Benita R. (Dickens) Schultz.

Lann is survived by his brother, Rann Schultz of El Cerrito, California; his Aunt, Louise Hassinger; cousins, James Hoffman and Elynor Dalton. Also survived by special cousins, Annette Gosztola and Pat Mammolenti, who remained with him at his bedside prior to his passing.

Lann had a “green thumb” for gardening and helped many others with their gardens too. He also enjoyed fly fishing, traveling and road trips with his brother Rann. Lann graduated from John Adams High School in 1966 and went on to graduate from Memphis State University.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Riverview Cemetery, South Bend. Rev. Greg Crump will officiate. Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
