SOUTH BEND - Perry W. Percifull, 63, passed away at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2013, at his home. Mr. Percifull was born on June 29, 1949, in Dyersburg, TN.

He is survived by his three daughters, Nicole (Nate) Houck of South Bend, Amber Percifull of Mishawaka and Ashley Percifull of South Bend; two grandsons, Ryan and Jacob Houck; his mother, Melba E. (Fisher) Percifull of South Bend; sister, Marsha (Mitchell) Kopacz of South Bend; and brother, Jeff Percifull of South Bend. Perry's father, Marshall Percifull, preceded him in death.

There will be no services or visitation. Contributions in memory of Perry Percifull may be donated to the American Diabetes Association , 6415 Castleway Drive W., Suite 114, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Palmer Funeral Home and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family.
