OSCEOLA - Jack Ham Jr. of Osceola, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, November 12th, at 7:00 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. Jack was born December 24, 1954, in South Bend, IN, to Jack Ham Sr. and Donna (Bloomer) Ham.

Jack is survived by his mother, Donna Ham of Osceola, IN; his sons, Christopher (Danielle) Ham of South Bend, IN, Jack III (Stephanie) Ham of Punta Gorda, FL, and Jeremy (Audrey) Ham of Osceola, IN; two sisters, Jill Ham and Diana (Jim) Walsh; thirteen grandchildren; five nephews and two nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Ham Sr.

Jack graduated from John Adams High School in 1974 and worked for many years as a truck driver for 7 Up. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Notre Dame football fan, and loved his Chicago teams, the Bulls and the Bears.

A memorial service for Jack will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, November 21, at Palmer Funeral Home - River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, Indiana. Friends may visit with the family from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Monday prior to the service.
