SOUTH BEND - Phil J. Ruscio, 56, passed away Wednesday.
He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Daryl Ruscio; and sister, Pam. Survivors include his brother, Bill (Patty) Ruscio of South Bend and son, Adam Ruscio of Mishawaka.
Phil was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
A celebration of life will be held today at The Plaza, Niles, MI at 3:00 PM.
