William was a resident of South Bend, Indiana at the time of passing.

Billy attended Adams High School and was employed by St. Joseph County for 9 years prior to becoming an over the road truck driver for Rely Trucking of Chicago.

Visitation will be held from 4-6 pm Friday, December 6, 2019 at Cruz Family Funeral Home in Osceola, with funeral services to follow at 6:00 pm. Cremation will follow and interment will be held in Riverview Cemetery, South Bend, at a later date.

In his memory, donations may be made to his family to defray final expenses.
