VALPARAISO - Donald E. Zombik, 71, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 15th, in his residence. Donald was born on Feb. 28, 1937, to Alex and Margaret (Fuzy) Zombik in South Bend. Donald worked as a truck driver and was also a baker; he had served in the U.S. Army.
Donald is survived by sons, Shawn and Scott Zombik, both of Valparaiso; daughter, Sherry Zombik of Highland, IN; and granddaughters, Abigail, Ashley and Elizabeth.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Highland/Riverview
Cemetery, South Bend.
