SOUTH BEND -- Kenneth Robert "Bob" Allen, 65, of Kansas City, Mo., formerly of South Bend, died Saturday in St. Luke's Northland Hospital, Smithville, Mo. Survivors include his wife, Linda; a daughter, Diane; a son, Ken; a stepdaughter, Kim ; and three stepsons, Corky, Jeff and Rick. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in D.W. Newcomers and Sons White Chapel Funeral Home, Gladstone, Mo., where friends may call one hour before services.
