Laura Susanne Latham

LATHAM, LAURA SUSANNE, age 64 of Miami, who lived in Central Florida, passed away Saturday, April 3rd. Susie was the Sales Administrator of Blue Haven Pools, a registered Parliamentarian and public speaker.

She is leaving behind her husband of 46 years, Gene Latham; children Rebecca, Lynda and Billy; grandchildren Tiffany, Chad, Larisa, Zachary and BeLynn. She used her leadership skills in serving as President of the Woman's Club of Hialeah and IHAM, women's auxiliary to the Shrine and her creative talent to serve God by volunteering for organizations such as 4-H, Girl Scouts and Family Home Extension group. She shared her passion for the Lord with Southeast Christian Church by serving as a mentor of Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS), organizing the women's ministry (WWAM) and serving on the church school board.

Susie, along with her husband, traveled extensively to 41 countries including the Holy Land where they renewed their vows. However, her favorite place was her home with her family.

A memorial service for Susie will be held 7PM, Thursday, April 8, 2004 at Southeast Christian Church, 2413 S. Goldenrod Road in Orlando. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to Southeast Christian Church Family Life Center.
