Mrs. Ann Madole Maione

Mrs. Ann Madole Maione, 38, of 1121 E. Irvington, died at 10 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital after an illness of several months. She was a teacher at Jackson Middle School. She was born on July 20, 1939, in Evanston, ILL., and had lived here since 1956.

Surviving are her husband, Fred A. Maione; three daughters, Tamryn, Laura and Gina, all at home; a brother, Tracy Madole Jr. of Seattle, Washington, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tracy Madole Sr. of South Bend.

A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Sunnyside Presbyterian Church, Rev. Haven C. Kelley Jr., pastor, officiating. There will be no visitation in the funeral home. The Welsheimer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was a member of Sunnyside Church, the Junior League, and was past president of the South Bend Pi Beta Phi Sorority Alumnae. She attended DePauw University, Greencastle, and graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University, Bloomington. She was a member of  the South Bend Country Club. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
