Mrs. Bobby (Marilyn) Greer, 31, of 305 S. Laurel St., sister of Urban League Director Lee C. McKnight Jr., died at 11:55 p.m. Friday at St. Joseph’s Hospital after a four-month illness. Cause of death was listed as hepatitis.
A dietitian at the hospital, she was born Aug. 24, 1939 in South Bend. On Sept. 2, 1967 she married Bobby Greer, who survives.
Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee McKnight Sr. of South Bend; her brother, and a sister, Mrs. Edward Collier of Cranston, R.I.
Services are set for 11 a.m. Monday at Pilgrim Baptist Church, with the Rev. Charles G. Rowlett, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at Highland Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. today at Clark’s Funeral Chapel. She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church.
