Christine M. Leslie
Christine M. Leslie, a retired vocational counselor and passionate hobbyist, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2023, in Granger, IN. Born on February 11, 1948, in South Bend, IN.
Christine was the cherished daughter of the late Carl B. Leslie and Emily Mary (Peklo) Leslie. She was a loving sister to Timothy (Rita) Leslie of Longmont, CO, and a doting aunt to Stephanie Leslie of Tinmith, CO, and John Guthery of Longmont, CO.
Christine was a proud IU graduate, holding a bachelor’s degree that paved the way for her fulfilling career. She dedicated her professional life to helping others as a counselor at the Vocational Rehabilitation Center.
Outside of her work, she found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as cooking and gardening. Christine also had a special place in her heart for cats.
Keeping with Christine’s request, no services will be held. Palmer Funeral Home – Welsheimer North Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
