Wayne P. Nowostawski

Wayne Nowostawski born to Eternal Life at the age of 73. Born 9/3/1949 in South Bend IN to the late Ernest and Dorothy Nowostawski. On June 2, 1973 he was united in marriage at Little Flower Catholic Church to Sandra Nowostawski, who survives.

Wayne was a US Navy Veteran who served in the Ceremonial Guard in Washington DC and buried many dignitaries and one President. He was an avid racing enthusiast and was a freelance photographer for Indy, Formula 1 and Nascar throughout the United Sates.

Over the years, he enjoyed going to antique auctions and swap meets and was a huge sports car enthusiast.

Wayne loved everyone and had a passion for animals and contributed heavily to the Humane Society of America and ASPCA.

Wayne generously donated his body to the Anatomical Education Program at Indiana University School of Medicine. This gift will contribute significantly to the advancement of health science education in the state of Indiana. Those, like Wayne, who decide to bequeath their bodies to the health sciences have made a significant contribution that benefits the quality of life and care for the living.
