Yulanda "Eulanda" R. Showers

Yulanda “Eulanda” R. Showers, residing in South Bend, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2017 at Cardinal Nursing Home. Eulanda was born on October 25, 1968 in South Bend to the late Edward Showers and Christina (Murphy) Robinson.

Eulanda graduated from John Adams High School in South Bend. She was a hard worker, and spent years working numerous jobs. She was a devoted and supportive family member and friend. She enjoyed cooking, playing dominoes, and singing. Eulanda could light up a room with her beautiful smile. She will be truly missed.

She leaves to cherish her memory her three loving sons, Anthony Henderson, Nelson Willliams, and Tiwan (Dee Dee) Williams; six grandchildren; special friend of 17 years, Shuana Williams; her favorite cousin, Latisha Jamison; and a host of family and friends. Eulanda was preceded in death by her father, Edward Showers, as well as an aunt, Gina Murphy.

Funeral services for Eulanda will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Palmer Funeral Home—West Chapel, 2702 Lincolnway West, South Bend, IN. Bishop James Stewart will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00pm, prior to services, on Saturday at the funeral home.
