Gary S. Rodick

Gary S. Rodick, 26, of 1311 Ilamp. shire Drive, died at 6:35 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Ile was employed at the Ames Division of Miles Laboratories, Elkhart, for seven years.

Born on June 5, 1954, in South Bend, he had lived here all his life. On Nov. 1. 1980, in South Bend, he married Anne Hecklinski, who survives. Also surviving are his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Michael S. Rodick of South Bend, and his maternal grandfather, Joseph Jontz of South Bend.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Peter's United Church of Christ. Rev. Max B. Hayden, pastor, \% ill officiate. Friends may call from 2 19 7 p.m. Sunday in the Kaniewski and Sons Funeral Home. and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church.

He was as a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ. a former coach for the Irish Youth Hockey League, a graduate of John Adams high School, and attended Indiana University at South Bend. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Oncology Society of New York, 419 E. 86th, New York. N.Y., 10078.
