Kimberly Kay (Middleton) Oles

August 6, 1966 ~ June 18, 2022 (age 55)

Kimberly Kay Oles, 55, of Lakeville, Indiana passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer with her family by her side.  Kim was born in South Bend, Indiana to Dennis Middleton Sr. and Vera (Edmonson) Molina.

Kim graduated from Adams High School. On September 15, 1984, Kim married her High School sweetheart, Daniel Lee Oles at a little church that now sits behind South Bend Cubs scoreboard.

Kim loved life and family. She, along with her daughter in law, Mindy, made sure every child in their family received a present at Christmas. Florida with family every year was something she always looked forward to. Kim and Dan drove when they went on vacation and enjoyed that time with family. She taught Daniel and the grandkids to swim, enjoyed the sun and relaxing on the beach.  Kim did everything she could for her family and always cheered her son and grandkids on. Since they went to Adams, she had to represent with the “A”… She had a BIG A on her back window, so she earned the nickname Big “A”. Kim adored her son.  Kim was a worker.  She worked for AM General and Four Winds Casinos.  Kim enjoyed the casino and had just landed her dream job of being a full time card dealer for table games at Four Winds Casinos.  Her favorite game to deal was roulette.

Kim is survived by her mother, Vera Molina, and her Step Father Ernie Molina of South Bend, IN; her Father Dennis Middleton Sr. and her step mother Gloria Middleton of Walkerton, In; her Husband Daniel Oles Sr. of Lakeville, IN; Son, Daniel (Mindy) Oles Jr. of Lakeville, Indiana; Grandchildren, Jordan Oles and Kayleeanna Oles of Lakeville, IN; her sister, Vera (Joe) Vibbert of Jopa, IL; and two brothers, Tim (Sandy) Middleton of South Bend, IN and Dennis (Wendy) Middleton Jr. of Granger, IN and many nieces and nephews.
