SOUTH BEND - Dorothy May Underly, 81, of Leesburg, FL, was born September 30, 1931, in South Bend, IN, the daughter of Lawrence William and Edith May (Brock) Wilson, and died Wednesday, May 8, 2013.

She and her very close sister, companion and caregiver, Carol, lived together in South Bend and moved to Leesburg in 2011 where they continued living together. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in South Bend, IN. She worked with Nutritional Food Site at Westminster Presbyterian Church and was active in Widowed Women and Men for 21 years. She was a member of Red Hat Society, an active blood donor and homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters, Kathleen Ann (Donald) Adkins of Kansas City, KS, Linda (John) Pierson of South Bend, IN, and Cindy Kosloski of Elkhart, IN; 11 grandchildren & 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Flesch of Leesburg, FL; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands, E. Maynard Wilson and Jack R. Underly; son, David; brother, Arthur Wilson; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside service will be Saturday, July 13, 2013, at 1:30 PM at Southlawn Cemetery, 61300 US 31 South, South Bend, IN 46614, with Pastor Scott Bowie presiding. A Celebration of Life will follow at 3:00 PM at St. Paul's United Church of Christ, 915 N. Ironwood Drive, South Bend, IN 46615. A meal hosted by church members will follow the Celebration of Life Service.
