Doris Joan (Hyatt) Chamberlin

LAKEVILLE - “Doris” Joan Chamberlin, 91, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017, at her home. She was born on October 7, 1925, in South Bend, IN, to the late Clifford and Ada (Plummer) Hyatt. She was married Charles “Chuck” Chamberlin, who preceded her in death in 1996.

Doris is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Rick) Tomaszewski and Jenny Chamberlin, both of Lakeville; her son, Jeff (Maggie) Chamberlin of South Bend; six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

Doris graduated from Adams High School in South Bend and Memorial School of Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse and the Director of Nursing with Trinity Healthcare.

Honoring Doris' wishes, there will be no services. Palmer Funeral Home - Lakeville Chapel, and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
