BRISTOL - Mary L. Scott, 89 of Bristol, died Wednesday September 17, 2014 at Elkhart General Hospital. The South Bend native was born June 29, 1925 to Roy & Attie (Brockus) Ramsey.

Mary worked as a supervisor at Kmart for 27 years before her retirement. She attended the Brethren church in Mishawaka and enjoyed gardening.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Scott; son, William C. Scott; brothers, Merrill & Ray Ramsey and her sister, Betty Milslagle. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Stutzman of Bristol; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 4 nieces and 1 nephew.

Private burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family's preferred memorial is the Humane Society of Elkhart Co. 54687 County Road 19, Bristol, IN 46507.
