Betty Joyce Kintz

Betty J. Kintz, 61, of 54103 Maple Lane, died at 11:45 Saturday in St. Joseph’s Medical Center after an illness. She was a homemaker.
She was born April 11, 1927, in South Bend, where she lived all her life. In 1955 , in South Bend, she married Gerald P. Kintz, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Susan K. Sheets of Rocky Mount. N.C.; two sons, Robert J. and Michael P.,
both of South Bend; three grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Weber of South Bend and Pat Diedrich of St. Joseph; and a brother, Fritz (Fred) Cleghorn of Union, S.C.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at McGann Funeral Home, 2313 E. Edison Road, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and where a parish rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
Mrs. Kintz was a member of Little Flower Catholic Church.
