Final rites were today at 10 a.m. in the Foster & Good funeral home for Russell L. MILLS, 43, 1116 South Wabash avenue, who was found dead in his garage Saturday morning.

The Rev. Laurence I. SMITH officiated. Burial was in the Kewanna I.O.O.F. cemetery. Rochester city police were called to the house by Mr. Mills' neighbors who had not seen any lights there for three days. Dr. Wayne L KNOCHEL, Fulton county coroner, said Mr. Mills died of carbon monoxide poisoning sometime Wednesday.

Born Aug. 11, 1926, in South Bend, he had lived here since 1958. A cost accountant and a former employee of the Kaiser Jeep corporation, he was an Army veteran, serving in World War II and the Korean War.

Surviving are two aunts, Mrs. Samuel HEDGES of Rochester and Mrs. Earl MILLS of Kewanna.
