Mrs. Earl (Jackie) Elliott

Oct. 29, 1927 – Jan. 16, 1979

Mrs. Jackie Jennings, 51, a South Bend resident until 10 years ago, died at 8 a.m. Tuesday in a Little Rock, Ark., hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born on Oct. 29, 1927, in South Bend and graduated from John Adams High School. In 1948, she married Earl Glen Elliott, who survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Carl, Edward and Eric Lee, both of Little Rock, and Mark Glen of Effingham, Ill.; her mother, Mrs. Jennie Lovelace of South Bend, and two sisters, Mrs. Rachel Livingston of Turin, Italy and Mrs. Jean Fess of Kalamazoo and two brothers, Dr. Gerald Jennings of Ypsilanti, Mich., and Samuel Jennings of Battle Creek, Mich.
