SOUTH BEND - Frank R. Stout, 87 years old, residing in South Bend, Indiana passed away at 11:15 AM Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Frank was born on November 28, 1928 in Cambridge, Ohio to the late Daniel and Wanda (Tolley) Stout. On July 13, 1957 in South Bend, Indiana he was united in marriage to Lorraine Duxbury Stout, who survives.
Along with his loving wife of 59 years, Lorraine Stout, he is also survived by daughter, Kim Belmarez of South Bend; five grandchildren, Nicholas E. (Courtney) DeBaillie, Desiree “Sweet Pea” Kindig, Alisa Belmarez, Ryan Stout and Rachel (Landon) Moore; great grandchildren, Kylin, Kyrie, Addison, Landon, Kingston, Amira; and two brothers, William (Margaret) Stout and Daniel (Patricia) Stout. Two sons, Steven and Brian preceded Frank in death.
Frank enjoyed his career in banking as a loan officer. He enjoyed camping, sledding, and hiking. He was a photographer in the Naval Air Force. Frank especially loved spending time with his family that he dearly loved.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. Rev. Greg Crump will officiate. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00-8:00 pm Tuesday and one hour prior to services on Wednesday in the funeral home.
