SOUTH BEND - Muriel L. Olmstead, 79, passed away on Tuesday, September 7th, in South Bend.
Muriel was born on July 19, 1931, in South Bend, to Mryle and Lovella Boggs. On July 30, 1950, she married David A. Olmstead, who preceded her in death on March 18, 2008. Also preceding her in death were her parents, and a son, Thomas Wayne Olmstead.
Surviving are her children, Kathy (Bruce) Quick of South Bend, Susan Olmstead of South Bend, David (Barb) Olmstead of Venice, FL, Michael (Darlene) Olmstead of South Bend and William Olmstead of South Bend; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a sister, Nancy Lantz of South Bend.
Per Muriel's wishes, there will be no visitation and no services.
