COLUMBIA CITY - Charles A. Stuart, 81, of Columbia City, IN, passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012.

He was formerly from South Bend, IN, Edwardsburg, MI, and Ellenton, FL.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Phyllis Stuart; daughter, Jackie (Jerry) Machamer of Fort Wayne; sons, Bruce (Lynette) Stuart of South Bend, IN, and Gary Stuart of Rochester, IN; grandchildren, Chuck, Sean, Rodney, Kimberly, Shane, Brian, Aaron; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A Private Family Service has been held. Preferred memorials to the American Heart Assoc. or to the donor's choice.
