SOUTH BEND - Gary Philabaum of Winter Springs, FL passed away on January 10, 2012.
A former resident of South Bend, he worked at the Notre Dame postal facility and was an avid Notre Dame fan.
Memorial services will be held at 2 PM January 28 at Tuscawilla Methodist Church in Casselberry, FL.
He is survived by his wife Linda, mother Doris, sons Robert, Richard & Randall, and stepchildren Rob Kohler and Mandi Rand. Gary had 8 grandchildren whom he adored. Papa we miss you.

GARY E PHILABAUM of Orlando, FL - he lived most of his life in South Bend.
Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Linda; children, Rob (Sheri) of MI, Rick (Michelle) of Marietta, GA, Randy (Sarah) of Denver, CO; mother, Doris Freeman of Zephyrihillsl, FL; step-children, Rob Kohler of North Port, FL and Mandi Rand of Mishawaka, IN and 8 grandchildren.
Gary retired from the U.S. Postal Service in Orlando.
A memorial will be held at Tuscawilla United Methodist Church on January 28, 2012. Burial will take place on January 30, 2012.
