William was born on March 24, 1943 and passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2017. William was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing. He was a 1961 graduate of John Adams High School. Mr. Schermerhorn served as a military policeman with the U.S. Army while stationed in Germany. Friends may call Friday April 28 2017 from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home. Chaplain Michael Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in Elkhart Prairie Cemetery.
