KARIN (FISHER) KOS

SOUTH BEND - Karin Louise Kos, a woman of great faith, went into the loving arms of our heavenly Father and Lord Jesus on Sept. 12, 2011 in Clovis, CA. Karin was born on December 24, 1949 in South Bend to Carl and Ruth (Greenwood) Fisher.

A graduate of John Adams High School, she attended Indiana University, Purdue University, and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Sacramento. Karin was a highly respected Realtor/Broker in Clovis since 1989, a health insurance broker, and a sales representative with Valley Yellow Pages for eight years.

Karin derived much happiness from singing in the California Heartland Chorus, a local women's barbershop chorus, and, with Linda Hubbart, co-founded the Victorian singing group, Jubilation Singers. Karin was also a member of Women of the Word at Northside Christian Church.

Karin is survived by her sons, Ryan and Kevin Kos of Clovis; her brother, Carl Fisher Jr. and his wife Kiki of South Bend; her sister, Lynette Krantz of Charleston, S.C. and several nieces and nephews.
