Marjorie Hale (Parrish) Sack, 75, residing on South 33rd Street, South Bend, Ind., died on Wednesday, Sept. 6, in her home.
Mrs. Sack was born on April 24, 1925, in Chicago, Ill., to Hale William and Mary Agnes (Flanagan) Parrish, and had lived in the South Bend community all of her life.
On Aug. 25, 1945, in New York City, N.Y., as Marjorie Parrish, she was married to Winston Wahlberg Sack, who preceded her in death on March 6, 1998.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Helen Sack Ruff on Aug. 29, 1994; and by three sisters, Helen Parrish Papen of New Mexico, Jean Parrish Brennan of Omaha, Neb., and Kathleen Parrish Day of South Bend.
Mrs. Sack is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Catherine Parrish VanNatta and James VanNatta of Watseka, Ill.; a son-in-law, Kirk Ruff of South Bend; four grandsons, Matthew James VanNatta of Coronado Island, Calif., Neil Parrish VanNatta and Aaron Joseph VanNatta, both of Watseka, and Kirk A. Ruff Jr. of South Bend.; three sisters-in-law, Cynthia Sack of Israel, Gwendolyn Saska-Brown of New York City and Gloria (Bob) Boda of Madison, Wis., and their families; and by 16 nieces and nephews.
