Marilyn R. (Glesmer) Edwards
Marilyn R. Edwards, 87 of Carmel, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Marilyn was born September 2, 1936 in Mishawaka, IN to the late Daniel and Margaret Glesmer. She was a graduate of John Adams High School.
While a resident of South Bend, Marilyn worked for Sears Roebuck & Co., and later, in Carmel, worked for Kohl’s Department Store. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.
Private family services are planned.
Marilyn was the widow of James L. Edwards, Sr. She is survived by her children, James L. Edwards, Jr., Cathy S. Edwards and Thomas M. Edwards (wife, Vickie); grandchildren. Gregory A. and Sean P. Edwards.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society for Hamilton County.
