Donald Lee "Don" DeMoss

Donald Lee "Don" DeMoss, 70, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2023. Born on May 10, 1953, in Elkhart, IN, he was the son of the late Roy DeMoss and Carol Lee (Green) DeMoss Romo.

Don graduated from Adams High School, Class of 1973. A skilled and dedicated worker, he was employed as an auto technician for Zolman's for many years. Don was a handy man, always willing to lend a helping hand or share his expertise with others. Everyone who knew Don loved him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Veronica (Hartzell) DeMoss; daughters, Jennifer Lynn DeMoss and Cassandra (Aydin T.) Wasmer; son, Joseph (Cassandra) Romo DeMoss; sisters, Barb DeMoss and Mary Ellen Cox; Aunt Turkey; nephew, Terry DeMoss; and many friends who became family.

Don's memory will be cherished by his family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. His best days were found fishing or reminiscing about his racing days at South Bend Motor Speedway.
