SOUTH BEND - Jack W. Smith, formerly of South Bend, died Saturday, May 14, 2016. Services will be held on Thursday, May 19, in Lawrenceville, GA, where he resided since 1982. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Irene Smith, children, Linda (Dan) Ferman of Newnan, GA, Craig (Linda) Smith of Lawrenceville, GA, and Jackie (Ray) of Elkhart, IN, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
