Arthur Thomas Egendoerfer, Jr.

Merritt Island, Fla. -- A. Thomas "Tom" Egendoerfer, 76, passed away Thursday, July 31, in Courtney Springs Village Nursing Facility in Merritt Island.
Tom was born in Mishawaka, Ind. to the late Arthur Thomas and Bernice Egendoerfer. He served in the U.S. Navy and worked for Lockheed at the Kennedy Space Center, before retiring in 1990. He was a member of the Elks in Cocoa Beach, Fla.
Tom is survived by his children, Judy VanArtsdalen of Vancouver, Wash., Suzanne Hicks and Leslie Guarino of Bradenton, Fla., Tim Egendoerfer of Cocoa Beach and Tom Egendoerfer of Winter Park, Fla.; his brothers, Don Egendoerfer of Merritt Island, Eugene Egendoerfer of Parrish, Fla.; a sister, Mary Ann Pressel of Mishawaka; and by 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, in St. Bavo's Catholic Church, 511 W. Seventh St., Mishawaka.
He will be missed by all.
