Robert Joseph Eveld, 73, of Glendale, Arizona passed away on September 21, 2005 He was born in Chicago, IL and moved to AZ 14 years ago from Novato, CA after his retirement.

He possessed both Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the U. of Notre Dame. He was a member of Bar State of Indiana, a Bar member of the U. S. Supreme Court as well as Bar member of U. S. Circuit Court of Appeals, San Francisco and a Bar member of the U. S. Court of Military Appeals Arbitrator, American Arbitration Association. Mr. Eveld was an associate of Melvin Belli, Attorney in San Francisco, Tokyo and Rome.

He is survived by his children, David Eveld of Los Angeles Lynn Selberg of Sacramento; sister, June of New River; 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Eileen Eveld, brother, James Eveld; sister, JoAnn East; son, Robert Joseph Eveld, Jr.

A memorial mass will be held at 10:30am on Monday, September 26th at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 8620 N. 7th St. Interment will follow at 12:30pm at the National Memorial Cemetery of AZ, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road. Arrangements by Hansen Mortuary.
