Terry passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019.

Terry was a resident of Findlay, Ohio at the time of passing.

Terry graduated from Adams High School, South Bend, IN and attended Ball State University graduating in 1959.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, June 13 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home with Fr. Inurnment will be held in St. Michael Cemetery at a later date.

Memorial contributions in Terry's name may be made to the Findlay High School Athletic Department (Wrestling/Football) or Bridge Home Heal and Hospice Hufford Funeral Home.
