Janet K. (Lind) Griffith

Janet resided in Oakland, CA, dedicating her life to helping others, both
professionally and personally. She was always the one with the listening ear,
knowing how and when to make suggestions to help. Given her helpful, kind, and
giving nature, Janet was surrounded by lifetime friends and family. She had a
passion for service to Guatemalan children through Mayan Families and to Hopalong
Animal Rescue, for which she fostered countless rescue dogs. Janet was a great
support to her family as well, always there for them as life unleashed the good and
