All-Year
All-Class Reunion for 2023 Friday August 11 6:00-9:00pm
The reunion will be held at Chicory Cafe in Mishawaka.
Location: 114 W First St Mishawaka, In 46544
The per person fee is all inclusive:
- Polish Buffet
- cookies and brownies
- drink station with coffee and lemonade
- cash bar
- service fee and taxes
- Paid in prior to August 5 cost $35
- Paid at the door cost $40
We need voluteers for decorations and help at registration desk. Please contact Jim Champaigne

Friday, June 23rd
Evening - Meet/Greet at Studebaker Brewing Company (Studebaker Mansion) from 7pm to 9pm, estimated. I am waiting to hear back if we need an official reservation. Afterwards, people are encouraged to gather wherever while also traveling responsibly.
Saturday, June 24th
Daytime - Service Project *Pending* - Anyone who works within the area who wants to submit project ideas is welcomed to do so. If you submit an idea, please be prepared to also be the Lead for that project. Worst case, it would be easy to set something up with the local homeless shelter or veteran's homeless shelter.
Evening - SB Cubs Outing - $30/Person with 2 hours ball park buffet and is near the Fun Zone for anyone who brings family. Fun Zone and adult beverages are all additional individual expenses. *I am asking people to RSVP and pay for this event ASAP as it'll require 25% deposit upfront. I will include contribution info in a following post.
Sunday, June 25th
Daytime - Cookout at Potawatomi Park - Pavillion #2 (near playground and splashpad) is reserved for us and accommodates around 100 people under the roof. Either someone will be the cook or there may be a fellow classmate who has a business that can cater. Estimated contribution for this event is pending. This event is good since the zoo has gone through some major changes! We have giraffes now! Anyone who hasn't seen the zoo in years is encouraged to visit sometime! Zoo admission is not included in the cookout and is an additional individual expense.
I will post "contribution" details in a following post. I don't want to leave anyone out, so please contribute what you feel comfortable contributing. The costliest event is the SB Cubs outing. All other events require little-to-no contribution. If there is any money left over, we can either put it toward future reunions or we can submit it as a class gift to a local nonprofit.
If anyone has any questions, feedback or suggestions... feel free to include them.

Here's the plan for the weekend, though I am waiting on one or two responses from entities:
Friday, June 23rd

Daytime - Service Project - Center for the Homeless for two to three hours. The Center staff is going to provide some recommendations on what we can do for them.
