His musical talent was put to good use with the Sacramento Symphony and Philharmonic orchestras and at many venues throughout Northern California. Keith was the beloved husband of Tamar Wishnatzky Bucher. He was preceded in death by his brother, Russell Bucher. He is survived by his daughter and son-in law Aviva and Mathew Calmer, and his adored grandchildren Sol and Erev Calmer. He also leaves behind his greatly loved cat, Homer. Keith delighted in playing with his grandchildren, and enjoyed golfing, photography, bird watching and making honey. He also loved trains and working on computers. Keith was an excellent computer problem trouble-shooter for family and friends. He was a member of Sacramento Buddhist Meditation Group, and he was a board member of the Sacramento Musicians Union.
