MISHAWAKA - Theresa Medina, 39, of S. Dodge Ave., died at 11:18 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, South Bend, after an illness.
Mrs. Medina worked at Corrugated Paper Products until 1989. She was born Dec. 30, 1954, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.
On Nov. 23, 1974, in South Bend, as Theresa Ford, she married Miguel ''Mike'' Medina. He died Dec. 21, 1984.
Surviving are two daughters, Chana Lynn Medina and Thea Irene Medina, both of Mishawaka; a grandson; and a sister, Gloria Redman of Mishawaka.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home.
