David Adam Teeter

David Adam Teeter, 57, of East Farneman, South Bend, Ind., went home to meet the Lord at 8:42 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 8, in St. Joseph's Medical Center in South Bend. He was born on July 30, 1940, in Mishawaka, Ind., to Clifford and Dolores Teeter. David was a graduate of John Adams High School, South Bend.
On Aug. 5, 1967, in Mishawaka, he married Wanda C. Lindsey. Mr. Teeter leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Wanda C. Teeter; a daughter, Denise Teeter of South Bend; his mother, Dolores Teeter of Mishawaka; four brothers, Tom and Richard Teeter, both of Mishawaka, Larry Teeter of Noblesville, Ind., and Mike Teeter of Granger, Ind.; two sisters, Dorothy Heller of Warsaw, Ind., and Judy Snyder of Mishawaka; and by numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Teeter; his father, Clifford Teeter; and by his sister, Mary Jo Ehresman. David retired from Uniroyal in 1991. For the past six years he worked for the Nishikawa Standard Company in Bremen, Ind. He attended River Park Church of Christ.
Friends may visit with the family from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola, Ind. Services will be at 11 a.m on Thursday at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
