GRANGER – Jerry Ann Nelson, 51, of 13370 Adams Road, died at 8:20 a.m. today in St. Joseph’s Medical Center, South Bend, after an illness. Mrs. Nelson was born Dec. 1, 1940, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.
On Feb. 14, 1980, in Mishawaka, as Jerry Ann Trump, she married William T. Nelson. He survives with a daughter, Rebecca A. Hoeflinger of Mishawaka; a son, Sgt. Larry A. Schneck of Howard Air Force Base, Panama; one grandchild; a sister, Beverly J. Fisette of South Bend; and a son, Neil A. Trump of Mount Vernon, Ind.
Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Friday in Ontwa Baptist Church, 69946 Elkhart Road, Edwardsburg, Cremation will take place. There will be no visitation. Bubb Funeral Chapel, Mishawaka, is in charge of arrangements.
