John William Wood, 41, of 1126 E. Jefferson, Mishawaka, died unexpectedly at 3 a.m. Saturday in his home. He was the owner of J.W. Wood, Inc., Auto Repairs.
He was born March 23, 1941, in South Bend and was a lifetime resident. He is survived by a daughter, Miss Michelle Wood of Mishawaka; a son, Brian A. Wood of Colorado; and a brother, James C. Wood II of Granger.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St.
Memorial contributions may be made to Madison Center or to the Shriners Crippled Children’s Hospital.
