David P. Martin, 74, of Evansville, IN, passed away December 6, 2017.
He graduated with a Doctorate in Optometry from Indiana University and he was very loyal to IU during his lifetime. David worked many years at Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center, in Morganfield, KY, as an Optometrist. He was a member of Methodist Temple and enjoyed singing in the choir. David loved classical music and found a real calling in mentoring young children as he grew older
He is survived by his sister, Barbara (Denny) Mishler; nephews, Scott (Susan) Mishler, Brian (Karen) Mishler; and great nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held in mid-January, date forthcoming.
