Marcia Lynne Morrison (Yadouga)

Marcia Lynn Yadouga, also known by "Marsh" to her friends, "Sis" to her family and "Gigi" to her grandkids, passed away at the age of 66 on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, due to complications from lung cancer. Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel. She was born in La Porte, Ind., to William and Geraldine Morrison and was loved dearly by her stepfather, Gene Edison. Marcia graduated from Adams High School in South Bend, Ind., in 1961 where she was a member of the National Honor Society. Marcia married her husband, Joe, in November 1966 and was a devoted wife who enjoyed the life of a military wife. She loved her family more than life itself. Marcia enjoyed sewing, sudoku puzzles and reading, and was always there when you needed her. Marcia made the world a better place for everyone just by being there. Survivors: Husband, Joe Yadouga; children, Joseph Jr. and Jennifer Yadouga of Round Rock, Debbie and Joe Eaton of Lantana; grandchildren, Shayla Munoz, Joseph Yadouga III, Carson and Harley Eaton; brothers, Robert and Jan Morrison of LaGrange, Ga., Mike and Lupe Edison of Las Vegas, Nev., Doug and Karen Edison of South Bend, Ind.; and many loved nieces, nephews and dear friends throughout the country.
