He was born on Dec 19, 1942 in South Bend, and had liverd here for several years. He was graduated from Drake University and the University of Florida Law School. He is survived by his wife, Julie, a daughter, Christina Zimmer of Jacksonville, Fla and his mother, Mrs. Carl Zimmer of South Bend. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam
